Riaren / Fort Worth, Texas

Technical Partnership.
From Requirement
to Delivery.

Riaren works with engineering teams, manufacturers, and procurement organizations on electronics rework, interconnect fabrication, and low-volume assembly. Each engagement connects the physical work with the technical information and inspection records needed for the next stage of the project.

Capabilities

Electronics rework and production support.

Riaren performs defined work on circuit cards, cables, harnesses, and electromechanical assemblies. Projects can address an individual repair, a prototype build, or the instructions and records needed to complete an assembly correctly.

Electronics rework

Repair and modification of circuit assemblies at the component and interconnection level.

Surface-mount and through-hole component replacement, connector work, and approved wiring changes. The proposed repair accounts for board condition, access to the joints, and the checks needed before the assembly moves to its next operation.

Prototype & low-volume assembly

Cable, harness, and electromechanical assembly to customer drawings and build requirements.

Work includes wire preparation, connector termination, interconnection, and assembly for prototypes and limited production quantities. Drawing revisions, customer-furnished parts, and required inspections form part of the build definition.

Technical support

Work instructions, inspection criteria, and records that remain connected to the hardware.

Organize customer-supplied requirements into usable assembly and rework instructions. Document operations, findings, and approved changes so the people receiving the hardware can understand what was done and what remains to be resolved.

Long-term direction

From components to complete systems.

Manufacturing & materialsEngineering & applied researchSystems & aerospaceProgram delivery & sustainment

Riaren’s long-term direction brings manufacturing, engineering, applied research, and systems integration into one business. The intended progression extends from components and assemblies to original products and larger programs for defense, aerospace, energy, and federal customers.

The objective is to become a preferred subcontractor for technical work and a prime contractor responsible for original product development and delivery. That requires more than a broader service list: production capability, supplier coordination, verification, and support must develop alongside the hardware.

Quality & workmanship

Configuration

Establish the hardware and governing revision. Identify missing information and resolve proposed changes with the customer before they affect the assembly.

Acceptance

Agree on the inspections, electrical checks, or functional tests included in the work, along with the information and equipment needed to perform them.

Records

Return the agreed record of completed operations, findings, and outstanding discrepancies so the customer can make the next technical decision.

Project and subcontract inquiries.

Describe the assembly, requested work, quantity, and target delivery. Identify any supplier or information-handling requirements without including restricted technical content.
