Capabilities

Rework, fabrication, and assembly.

Riaren supports the hardware work between a technical requirement and a completed assembly: component replacement, interconnect fabrication, low-volume builds, and the documentation needed to carry that work forward.

Electronics rework

Component-level repair and modification of printed circuit assemblies, including surface-mount and through-hole component replacement. Work includes 0402 components, fine-pitch QFPs, connector work, and selected bottom-terminated packages.

Board condition, package access, and inspection or test requirements define the work that can be accepted. Standard soldering work uses Sn63/Pb37; BGA and dense hidden-joint array work are outside the current scope.

Prototype & low-volume assembly

Cable and wire-harness fabrication, connector termination, and prototype or low-volume electromechanical assembly to customer drawings or agreed build instructions.

The build review addresses configuration, materials, interfaces, quantity, and workmanship requirements. Inspection and completion records are specified with the deliverable, including customer-furnished parts and any approved substitutions.

Technical support

Technical documentation for assembly, rework, and inspection: work instructions, revision references, inspection criteria, and repair or production records.

The assignment defines the source information, required customer approvals, and records to be delivered. Changes and open technical questions remain visible to the people responsible for approval.

Project scope

Define the job before work begins.

Project review establishes the required deliverable, available technical information, and any supplier or handling requirements. Share a non-sensitive overview before sending technical files.

Quality & workmanship
  • Hardware identification and applicable drawing revisions
  • Requested work, quantity, and customer-furnished material
  • Inspection or test criteria and required completion records
  • Target schedule, supplier requirements, and handling restrictions
Acceptance requirements

Agree on what completion means.

Workmanship inspection and functional testing answer different questions. The project scope identifies the applicable criteria, the checks to be performed, and the evidence to accompany the completed work.
